
Coach Jeremy Flow
7th Grade Head Coach
Coach Jeremy Flow brings a strong playing background, leadership experience, and a passion for developing young athletes to the program. He understands firsthand the importance of the early years of baseball and the work ethic required to grow from youth and high school baseball into a successful collegiate career.
Coach Flow was a four year varsity player in high school, earning All Region honors and recognition for his leadership and commitment to the game. He went on to play collegiate baseball at Berry College and Toccoa Falls College, where he earned All Region honors, All Tournament Team recognition, and Defensive Player of the Year.
Following his playing career, Coach Flow served two years as an Assistant Coach at Toccoa Falls College, assisted alongside his brother, Head Coach Trevor Flow, at Stephens County Middle School, and spent three years as a Head Coach in travel baseball. His coaching experience spans multiple levels and emphasizes fundamentals, discipline, and player development.
Coach Flow holds a degree in business and is married to his wife Nicole. They have three children, Bella, Sebastian, and Lucas. Sebastian aspires to follow in the footsteps of his father and uncle, continuing the Flow family’s strong baseball tradition. Coach Flow is honored to lead this program and is committed to building a strong culture while helping each player reach his full potential.
